Healthy foods are very essential for the mind and the body . Your optimum growth and the state of mind depends upon what you eat.

In this process your body always thrives for the essential nutrients and vitamins. We get our nutrients and vitamins from our food. So , its food that determines how our body funnctions.

So for maintaining optimum health eating  healthy regularly , engaging yourself in physical activities on the daily basis. We are living beings and for our survival we have to consume foods on daily basis. We have variety of foods to choose from . But we end up making unhealthy choices many times . The love for the junk foods is very addictive. Our small change in grocery can make huge difference in health of us and our family.
